Symptom

During PDF generation, it  is being automatically Encrypted and no changes are possible to be made.

<Protect> node is generated in pdfdocument.xml as below.

<Permission>accessibility</Permission>
<Permission>contentExtraction</Permission>
<Permission>printNotAllowed</Permission>
</Permissions>
</Protect>
