3330910 - How to grant execution of a command requiring sa_role without providing full sa_role?

• The “sa” account user or user with sa_role can assume the system administrator, system security officer, and operator roles. 
• There are database operations which requires sa_role but this user should only perform this specific task with no other privilege. 
• How to achieve this without using "Granular Permission" feature.
• This approach can also be applied to other roles such as sybase_ts_role
