3330964 - Usage page in System Overview analyical application does not show any data in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Symptom

Usage page not loading in System Overview in SAC.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAC.
  2. Go to Files.
  3. Open SAC Content folder.
  4. Open the System Overview analytic application.
  5. Click on Usage page.

    Page appears blank with message: help.sap.com refused to connect.

Resolution

We need to click on 'Run Analytical Application' to view the information on the Usage page.
