Symptom
Usage page not loading in System Overview in SAC.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to SAC.
- Go to Files.
- Open SAC Content folder.
- Open the System Overview analytic application.
- Click on Usage page.
Page appears blank with message: help.sap.com refused to connect.
Resolution
We need to click on 'Run Analytical Application' to view the information on the Usage page.
