3330972 - Custom richtext field in the candidate profile template is not editable - Recruiting Management

A custom richtext field created in the candidate profile template is not editable even when granted the correct write permissions. The field is editable for the candidates, but it does not save the value entered.

Custom fields for this field type is not supported.

As of now, the system does not support custom richText fields in the template. What can be used to add more data to the field instead is to use the textarea type.
