3331011 - Java Dialog Instance installation fails with "can't get JDK information (rc = -1)"

The installation of an additional Dialog Instance to an Application Server Java fails in the last part due to the instance not being able to start.

The error below can be found in the dev_jcontrol file within the Work directory (/usr/sap/SID/InstID/work/):

*** ERROR => JStartupIGetJDKInfo: Cannot find Java compiler [<sapinst_instdir>\NW70\LM\COPY\<DB>\SYSTEM\HA\AS-JAVA\APP1\sapjvm_4\sapjvm_4\bin\javac.exe].
*** ERROR => can't get JDK information (rc = -1)
