3331158 - Unassigned Employee Time To The Employee XYZ Who Has Completed the Leave

 Unassigned Employee Time To The Employee XYZ Who Has Completed the Paternal Leave  ( i.e. here XYZ is an employee ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

• Go to Managing My Area Work Center
• Go to Reports View
• Select the Required Report Category Data source DS
• Click here to start the Report.
• Select the Date From from the View.We can see the time recorded for the employee XYZ is 0

Possible reasons for the causes:

1. Employee XYZ having the split records in Organizational Assignment.
2. If the Parental leave ABC start date and end date falls only in between the only one date range then we will get the RLU and its respective details.
3. There are some limitations on this data source because of which in analytical report we are getting as Unassigned for the RLU, for the employee XYZ.
4. This happens only when there is any Job or Org. change and the leave request spanning across more than one Job or Org. change.

Here ABC refers as Parental Leave [Time Type]

• Split leave request similarly like the Job split for the employee XYZ for the data source DS (This is used for Internal employees only & Service Agents). 
• Use another data source DS1 where that used for Internal employees only.
