3331176 - 360 Document Send Back Notification is not triggered - 360 Multi-Rater

Symptom

360 Document Send Back Notification is not triggered during the approval phase when an approver sends the form back to the previous step user.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

Reproducing the Issue

1. Send form to Approver B after Step User A nominates raters
2. The Approver B sends the form back to the previous Step User A instead of to the next approval step/evaluation phase
3. 360 Document Send Back Notification was not triggered

Resolution

This is expected behavior.
360 Document Send Back Notification is sent to a 360 rater, informing him/her that a document is available is back in their Inbox for re-evaluation.

If you would like to send email notifications for 360 review forms that are sent to previous step during approval phase, you will need to enable the Document Routing Notification:
1. Admin Center > Email Notification Templates Settings
2. Tick the checkbox for Document Routing Notification to turn it on, and save.
