3331244 - Not able to cancel workflow for assignment document in app Manage Assignment

Symptom

When you want to unassign assignment document in app Manage Assignments, there is an error message pops up:

"Cannot perform the action for the selected items due to In Process workflow status"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

1. Open app Flexible Workflow Administration -> search your scenario ID, like WS7850008.

(Please check your reason code in SSCUI 103243-Maintain Reason Codes, where workflow scenario was assigned to the reason code)

2. Found the needed workflow-> Click "Cancel Workflow".
