3331298 - Import user type option is missing in Manage Users page

Unable to find the Import Users-> User option via Manage Users for non-EC instance

In Non-EC instance:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Users
3. Click on Import Users
4. Unable to see the User drop down

• Missing "Manage Import Employee Privilege" from the Manage Employee Import tool
  OR
• If Platform Feature Settings -> "Enable Control on Employee Import in Role-Based Permissions" is enabled, then missing the Employee Import RBP permission under permission roles

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Employee Import
3. Search the impacted user and enable the check box "Import Employee Privilege" and also check if user has been added to required target population Department/division

OR

If Platform Feature Settings -> "Enable Control on Employee Import in Role-Based Permissions" feature is enabled then you can manage Employee Import permission via Manage Permission Roles. In this case kindly check if Employee Import is enabled in the permission role settings.
