3331298 - Import user type option is missing in Manage user page

Unable  find the  import users-> user option via Manage user for non-EC instance

In Non-EC instance   Go to Admin Center-> Manage User-> Click on Import Users -> Unable to see User  drop down

• Missing Manage Import Employee Privilage  from Manage Employee Import tool OR
• If Platform Feature Settings->  Enable Control on Employee Import in Role-Based Permissions  is enabled than  missing Employee Import  RBP permission  under permission role's

Resolution

1)  Go to  Admin Center->Manage Employee  Import-> Search the impacted user and enable the check box Import employee Privilage and also check if user has been added to required target population Department/division wise etc

2)  If Platform Feature Settings->  Enable Control on Employee Import in Role-Based Permissions feature  is  enabled than you can manage Employee Import permission via RBP Manage permission role , Kindly check if Employee Import  is enabled in permission role settings.
