3331387 - Dump URL" cannot be used in SQL due to its type "LCHR", After kernel upgrade

Syntax error (dump) after updated Kernel in several transactions (e.g. VA01). 

In ST22 the dump is stored like

 What happened?
     Error in the ABAP application program.

     The current ABAP program "CL_SDOC_ATTA_IMPL=============CP" had to be
      terminated because it found a
     statement that could not be executed.
     In include "CL_ODATA_CV_ATTACHMENT_API====CM00A     ", in line 162 of program
      "CL_ODATA_CV_ATTACHMENT_API====CP        ", the following syntax errors
     have occurred:
