3331463 - Managers cannot use the Register Others action

With the 1H2023 release, managers have now the option to assign and register subordinates when using Couse Home. However, currently managers are unable to use the button "Register Others" from the Class details page due to an error:

Please report the following error to your system administrator:
Missing CSRF Token for the request URI: /user/common/processAvailableScheduleAction.do

When using the "Register Others" button from within the Library search, there is no issue
