Symptom
In Archive Center, after upgrading Tomcat, the application does not start as intended. Below is a log sample that this article is meant to address.
WARN [main] com.opentext.ecm.asm.util.Util -- Exception loading native library ds_jni (before retry)
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /opt/opentext/otac20_2/software/lib/libds_jni.so: libnotifx_3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /opt/opentext/otac20_2/software/lib/libds_jni.so: libnotifx_3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
After investigating these files do indeed exist in the path mentioned.
