3331525 - ICC_NUMBERING012 Error in Billing Document creation for United Arab Emirates (AE) - S/4HANA Cloud

When using the Create Billing Document app and saving the document gives the following error:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions

1. Open Create Billing Document app
2. Select the deliveries to be invoiced.
3. Click on execute.

Number Ranges not assigned to Business Places as per Localization configuration settings.
