3331527 - derived_stat() builtin doesn't return correct space utilization for compressed index - SAP ASE

Symptom

derived_stat() builtin doesn't return correct space utilization. When running derived_stat on a compressed index that has up-to-date statistics, it may report space utilization as above 100%.
