3331528 - User variants not working in sales apps VAXX to create/change/display sales documents in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Create a user variable and define a column in the items table in the "Display Sales Orders - VA03" app, for example. Even if this column is set to visible, it is not displayed as expected in the Items table.
