3331528 - User Variants not Working in Sales Apps VAXX to Create/Change/Display Sales Documents

Create a user variable and define a column in the items table in the "Display Sales Orders - VA03" app, for example. Even if this column is set to visible, it is not displayed as expected in the Items table.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the "Display Sales Orders - VA03" app.

2. Open any existing sales order.

3. Click on Configuration to open the Table Settings screen.

4. Open User Variants under Manage Variants and select the relevant User Variant, and uncheck the "Invisible" column for the following fields.

5. Save changes and close the screen.

6. Fields are not added into the items table.

Due to performance issues the function of showing the required fields in the item table is switched off. It is currently not supported to show fields other than those already provided in the items table.
