3331675 - SAP BW Bridge connection error in SAP Datasphere

Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

The SAP BW Bridge instance has been created successfully but the connection's validation is displayed error message under the automatically generated SAP BW Bridge Space:

Symptom 1:
Connection "BWBRIDGE" couldn’t be established.
- Data flows are not supported.
- Replication flows are not supported.
- Remote tables can’t be used because of errors in the connection.
- Model Import can’t be used because of errors in the connection.

Remote Tables: Your user is not authorized to access the metadata service of the SAP BW Bridge system. Please ensure that your user is added in the SAP BW Bridge system and that it has the business catalog SAP_DW4_BC_MODELING_DWC_PC assigned. If this doesn’t help, please contact your administrator.
Model Import: Failed to retrieve the HANA DB information of the BW Bridge system. Status Code : 401, Status Message : Unauthorized, Cause: "<html><head><meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text/html;

Symptom 2:
-DTP execution or monitoring fails with the error message “Cannot interpret response (NO content or NO JSON)”.
-Data loads fail and DTP requests remain in an error state.
-Erroneous DTP requests cannot be deleted or cleaned up.
