3331681 - Concurrent position's higher level position could be his main employment's position when adding concurrent via Import

Add concurrent employment in instance via UI, a manager cycle error pops up if the concurrent position is child position of main employment's position. This is correct design behavior.

However, there is no error while doing the same via Import Employee Data<Job History.  

And there is another scenario that, after the concurrent position is imported (now the employee is his concurrent employment's manager), when trying to move the employee from child position to other non-child positions via Import Employee Data<Job History, manager cycle error shows up.
