Symptom
In legacy Goal management, there is a blue box in goal weight field. Is it possible to hide it?
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management (Legacy goal)
Resolution
Weight field in goal plan is supported to use 5 types, listed as below:
- number (recommended)
- percent (recommended)
- enum
- text
- textarea
When percent type is configured, the blue box will show in goal management.
Other four types will only show the number.
In addition, as the value in this field is used to auto-populate the objective weight when the goal is added to a Performance Management form, it is recommended to use number and percent type for weight field.
Note: field type can't be changed in instance and needs to change in goal plan template xml.
