3331884 - Couldn't retrieve binding for the given channelId error during message processing in ICO

Symptom

You are sending a message using an Integrated Configuration and the following error appears in the Communication Channel Monitor and in XPI Inspector Example 50:

Channel <CHANNEL_NAME>: No suitable sender agreement found

In the Default Trace files the following error is visible:
