3331902 - Scenario SAP_COM_0503 for "SAP Forms by Adobe Integration" not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

There is a requirement to call the Forms Service by Adobe from S/4 HANA Cloud system using a Communication Arrangement based on Communication Scenario SAP_COM_0503, but this Scenario ID is not available in the system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Navigate to section Communication Management
2. Open the application Communication Arrangements
3. Create a new Communication Arrangemen
4. In Scenario ID field the scenario SAP_COM_0503 is not available

The Communication Scenario "SAP_COM_0503" is not available because it's not needed for S/4HANA Cloud systems. The S/4HANA Cloud System is already connected to a Forms service by Adobe instance managed by SAP operations.

Therefore, customers are already able to use ADS without the Communication Scenarios. There is no need to create the Communication Arrangement.
