3331913 - I completed a to do task in my supplier registration project, but the task didn't complete and is still pending

Symptom

  • I completed a to do task in my supplier registration project, but the task didn't complete and is still pending.
  • No matter how many times I mark it as completed, it stays the same.
  • Also, if I look in the History of the project in Advanced View, I'm able to see async questionnaire submit failed errors , with message "the submitted bid is null".
