3331935 - New "Forgot Password" E-Mail template not sending the E-Mail to the user, "RESOURCE_MAILING_FORGOT_PWThe following has evaluated to null or missing" found in the troubleshooting logs

A new "Forgot Password" E-Mail template has been created by copying from the default template and making the required changes, however:

• The user is not receiving the E-Mail to reset the password.
• In the troubleshooting logs the following error is found:
