3331986 - Proposed quantity in MIGO for stock transfer scheduling agreement

There is a stock transfer scheduling agreement with a few schedule lines having dates in the past and in the future. 
When simulating the posting of a 'Goods Issue' and a 'Goods Receipt' in the 'Post Goods Movement' (MIGO) APP, the proposed Qty is different in each case. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1) Create a stock transfer scheduling agreement
2) Add some schedule lines with past and future dates 
3) Go to the 'Post Goods Movement' APP 
4) Enter a goods receipt (101) 
5) Enter a goods issue (351)  
6) The results are not the same 

Standard system behaviour.

The 2 posting types have a different proposed Qty calculation:

When posting a 'Goods Issue' for a scheduling agreement, the system proposes, the open purchase order Qty (The total Qty of all schedule lines) and considers any
goods movements that might exist in the purchase order history in the proposed Qty. 

When posting a 'Goods Receipt' for a scheduling agreement, the system considers all open schedule lines with a date less than or equal to today's date.
