3331993 - Unable To Scope Question Do You Want To Enable Inline Images For Formatted Notes In Visits

Visit's Scoping question "Do you want to enable inline images for formatted notes in visits?" cannot be scoped. Option to enable is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work centre.
2. Go to Implementation Project view.
3. Select the project and choose Edit Project Scope.
4. Navigate to the Questions.
5. Expand Account and Activity Management --> Activity Management.
6. Question for visit "Do you want to enable inline images for formatted notes in visits?" is greyed out.

Scoping of this question is greyed out due to its dependency on another scoping question "Do you want to use formatted texts for visits and appointments?".

Scoping of dependent question will allow scoping of question "Do you want to use formatted texts for visits and appointments?".

Execute following steps to scope the dependent question

1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
2. Go to the Implementation Project view.
3. Select the project and choose Edit Project Scope.
4. Navigate to the Questions.
5. Expand Account and Activity Management --> Activity Management.
6. Select the relevant questions under Under Formatted Texts for Activities and Visits (1)
7. Scope question "Do you want to use formatted texts for visits and appointments?".
8. Save.
9. Go to scoping question "Do you want to enable inline images for formatted notes in visits?"
10. This question is now enabled for scoping and is not greyed out.
