3332006 - Error when creating a card in Manage Home Page: Fail to save the custom card, please try again later.

Error message pops up “Fail to save the custom card, please try again later”  when creating a custom tile in Manage Home Page.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Manage Home Page

2. Manage Organizational Updates to add a card

3. When clicking in save the error pops up: “Fail to save the custom card, please try again later” 

Maximum of custom cards is exceed.

The maximum of cards was created, the customer can create up to 100 custom cards.

There will be an enhancement to update the error message in Manage Home Page.
