3332041 - Hired candidate is not able to log in Onboarding 1.0, application is asking for username and password

A candidate is hired to EC and becomes a HR/Recruiter/Manager, but when he/she tries to log in onboarding 1.0, the application is asking for username and password

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

The application still treats the user as a candidate.

1. Go to Security >> Users,
2. Uncheck "is Employee" from the impacted user
3. Temporarily assign a permission group to the impacted user

So that application will not treat the user as a candidate any more.
