Symptom
While setting up the Cloud Print Manager (CPM), after clicking "Test Connection" one of the following errors is returned:
- You do not have start authorization for R3TR IWSV API_CLOUD_PRINT_PULL_SRV
- No authorization to access Service 'API_CLOUD_PRINT_PULL_SRV_XXXX
In the CPM for PI log files, one of the ERROR messages below is shown:
- *** ERROR *** [X] Get_PrintQueuesOfUserExt Uri = https://myXXXXX-api.s4hana.ondemand.com/sap/XXX/odata/SAP/API_CLOUD_PRINT_PULL_SRV/Get_PrintQueuesOfUserExt? ***** [ GetAllPrintQueuesExtInternal in PrintQueueAccess.cs at line XXX ] *****
