The Business Object - PaymentRegister(FOPXP_PAYREG) contains payment relevant information, which is used by other Business Objects / work center views. Also, the business object contains sensitive information about Payment Amount, Bank Account details. Therefore, it is not possible to Enable the business object for PSM (Public Solution Model) along with the Write Access.
