3332326 - 401 Unauthorized error when trying to write or read a document to a newly created Archive from SAP in SAP Archiving and Document Access by OpenText

In SAP, when you try to archive or read a document from an Archive, you may see a HTTP error:

401 Unauthorized ICS: 3001: The referenced certificate having been issued by 'CN=ID3' with serial:0x0 is unknown.



The following error can be seen in the as.log file:
