3332366 - Error code: 28 (No space left on device) or hana/pmem at 100%

Symptom

In the indexserver trace you find errors like the following:

2023-05-04 23:36:18.595396 e NonVolatileMemor NVMFileAccess.cpp(00264) : NVM:---------Could not create '/hana/pmem11/systemsid/mnt00001/hdb00003.00013/NVM-Root/PM-VolumeID3/data1/456729-000000fe00760737-00000005-000000d2-00000001_617965.fileblockT', error code: 28 (No space left on device)

Or you notice that the SAP HANA pmem mounts are utilized 100% (on OS level execute df -h grep -i pmem):

/dev/pmem 744G 744G 66M 100% /hana/pmem
