3332409 - Error 3454 while restoring user database from lower versioned ASE into a higher version - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Using Delphix engine to restore user database from ASE 16.0 SP03 PL12 to PL13 same platform 
  • hitting error below during database upgrade
Error: 3454, Severity: 20, State: 1
Database 'dbname': ASE could not completely upgrade this database; upgrade item 1830 could not be installed

  • the database gets onlined successfully
