3332530 - Error While Uploading Suppliers State Details Using Mass Data Maintenance

When trying to update suppliers state details via mass data maintenance you receive the below error:

"Address with GUID "XYZ" already exists".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center.

2. Select "Choose" button from Source FIle and select the csv file which I have attached

3. Select "Addresses" from the dropdown list belongs to "Import Data to Tab".

4. Select Upload button, It will validate the data and Once validation done then,

5. Execute Data Import Immediately.

6. Error occurs

   "Address with GUID "XYZ" already exists"

The main problem is because the address UUID does not correspond to the supplier.

For example: Supplier "XYZ"

Address UUID As per file - 00163EC0D8851EEBB6B277B4EF444B86

Address UUID As per Actual Data - 00163EC0D8851EEBB6B277B4EF446B86

This is the reason behind the backend error message for address is already existing.

Kindly re-validate the address UUID in the file and try for mass data Maintenance.
