While executing job Year-End Closing Asset Accounting (Cross-Company Code and Ledger) the following warning message is displayed: "Ledger &L, depreciation area XX: Closed fiscal year is invalid."

The selected fiscal year in the job parameters is not the upcoming fiscal year that must be closed.

Go to App Make Company Code Settings to check the highest closed fiscal year on the ledger view of the company code.

The field 'Cl. FY' shows the latest closed fiscal year in Asset accounting, in the job parameter the upcoming fiscal year must be closed first.
