You cannot launch the Spatial Data Editor app (F5561A) from the SAP GUI transactions Change Functional Location (IL02) and Change Equipment (IE02). The Spatial Data Editor app (F5561A) uses Esri's 4.x API. You can launch the Spatial Editor app (F5561) (which uses Esri's 3.x API) from IL02 and IE02.
