3332811 - "Fulltext index required but not activated" when activate ESH CDS based connectors, such as CDS ESH_S_BILLINGDOCUMENTREQUEST

The following ESH CDS based connectors have the status "Error While Preparing" in esh_dashboard:

    ESH_S_BILLINGDOCUMENTREQUEST   Error While Preparing
    ESH_S_BILLINGDOCUMENT                 Error While Preparing
    ESH_S_CAWRITEOFF                          Error While Preparing
    ESH_S_PRELIMBILLINGDOCUMENT      Error While Preparing

And when try to activate the above connectors using esh_dashboard, or run the report ESH_CDSABAP_ACTIVATION, got the error:
