3332836 - "Contains" Fixed Value Selection in Report Does Not Work

 When saving a fixed value selection with several "contains" values, after saving the report and editing it again, the previous selection changes to ##.

You are using the Contains or Between option on UUID fields, which unfortunately cannot be supported. The data of UUID fields is stored in a string format in the backend. When you use Contains or Between, the values you enter in the selection cannot be converted to the UUID strings while the  contains / between logic is applied. 

If such selections are required, please make sure to set them on ID fields.

To check the field type, you can proceed as follows:

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Data Sources.
2. Search for your data source and click on the magnifying glass icon in the "Documentation" column.
3. Search for your field. 
4. Check the "Global Data Type" column. It will state "UUID" for such fields.
