How to setup the LinkedIn Integration.

  • Login to the System.
  • Navigate to Settings--> All Settings.
  • Search and Open the required Role and ensure that the Service : sap.crm.service.salesNavigatorService  is assigned under Business Service ID.
  • Then under App List, ensure the App Name LinkedIn Sales Navigator Setting and Sales Navigator is enabled.



  • Now again in the All Settings, search and Open "LinkedIn Sales Navigator" located under "Communication and Information Exchange".
  • Check the "Enable LinkedIn Sales Navigator" box and click on Save as shown below:

  • Now navigate to Guided Selling.
  • Open any Opportunity and navigate to the Contacts section and click on the Expand button as shown below:

  • Click on the Details Icon as indicated below:

  • Now click on Sign In and provide the relevant credentials:
