C4C Intelligent Sales add-on - Relationship Intelligence Administration -> Server Connection: when you edit an existing connection, the data is not pulled from existing entries.

SAP Cloud for Customer with Intelligent Sales Execution add-on - Relationship Intelligence

1. Go to the Intelligent Sales Execution workcentre
2. Go to the Relationship Intelligence Administration view
3. Navigate to Server Connection
4. Select an existing entry and click the pencil icon to 'Edit'.

Result: When you edit an existing Server Connection, the fields 'Application ID', 'Server Tenant ID' and 'Password' are not pre-populated and are shown in red.

It is expected behaviour that the data has to be maintained manually.

Tenant Server Configuration
As an administrator, you must enter the following values for the connector service to make a connection through authentication.

• Application ID
• Server Tenant ID
• Certificate File
• Certificate Key/Password
• Distribution List

To connect and access the components through the Microsoft Exchange server, use the Microsoft Graph SDKs Information published on non-SAP site as Rest APIs.
