3332936 - Colors in Organizational Chart are not respecting the Theme Manager

Names in the org chart are not visible because the org chart is not respecting the Theme Manager when the Horizon theme is enabled.

1. Go to org chart
2. Search for an user
3. Check that the data is not appearing:
   

Issue with the Horizon Theme.

This is a known issue and the engineering team which will be fixed in the b2311.2 

Workaround: Disable the Horizon Theme: Go to Company Systems and Logo Settings > Search for Horizon Theme > Disable it and save > Then Enable and save it > Check if the Org Chart is now showing the names.
