3332939 - "Position Cost Assignment to Employee Cost Assignment Synchronization Job." tool not visible after providing permission - Employee Central

In to grant user access to "Position Cost Assignment to Employee Cost Assignment Synchronization Job." following permission is granted:  

User Permissions -> Industry Features, enable Sync Position Cost Assignment to Employee Cost Assignment.

However tool is not searchable in Admin Center even after granting required permission.

• SAP Public Sector Management Funds and Grants Management

User requires Manage Employee Files permission to enable some tools as:

• "Employee Central Settings"
• "Position Cost Assignment to Employee Cost Assignment Synchronization Job.";
• "Position Management Settings;

1. Please go to "Manage Permission roles";
2. Choose user Role
3. Find session "Manage system properties"
4. Grant Access to "Manage Employee files"
5. Save it.
