3332962 - General and Parallel splitter splits the message payload incorrectly

Symptom

When configuring a a General or Parallel splitter in a custom IFlow in CPI, the content got split up incorrectly.
For example there are 4 unique IDs (XX01, XX02, XX03, XX04). Instead of splitting the message to 4 separate message like XX01....., XX02....., XX03.....,XX04..... , it splits the message randomly e.g. XX01....., XX01....., XX02.....,XX04.....
