3333034 - Error 1601 caused by pending process in syb_blocking_pool - SAP ASE

• After signal11 happened at the function belong to LDAP part, connected sessions showed sleeping status with "maintenance token"
• The pending sessions could not be terminated by kill command and it caused Error 1601.
