3333042 - TM & LE-TRA integration: Forwarding agent does not exist

Symptom

  • You're using the integration of SAP TM(or S/4HANA TM) with SAP S/4HANA ERP shipment processing (LE-TRA)
  • You send out a TM freight order (FO) to S/4HANA ERP to carry out the shipment document creation.
  • IDoc SHPMNT05 fails in S/4HANA ERP side due to error "Forwarding agent & does not exist (VW 007)"
  • However, you see that you have the business partner in S/4HANA ERP.
