If the only user that has a birthday in the current month becomes inactive after the 'Push Date of Birth and Anniversary Data for Cards on Latest Home Page (Monthly)' job runs, the card will still be displayed in the 'For You Today' containing the user birthday and photo/initials, but the card details will be empty if we click it.
