Symptom

You are running RSPM_HK_ARC_GUI and the BI_ARCHIVE_HKTABS job fails with: 

File xxxx can not be opened! Cancelation
Error in Verify for HK-Process xxxx

 

Later runs show the message below in the joblog and will not perform any further archiving:

RSPMHKARC028: Archive run not finished successfully; File <AAA> Process <TSN> State R
