3333309 - Xsengine, dpserver or docstore logs are showing truncated status and cannot reclaim the logs.

Symptom

You experience that the xsengine, dpserver or docstore services' logs are showing 'truncated' status. When you try to execute the command 'alter system reclaim log' for freeing space up, nothing happens.
