In "Company Logo and System Settings" in the Admin Center there is this setting: "This option allows a company-wide setting on whether users will receive Email notifications. If 'checked', all users will receive Email on all workflow related process. If not checked, each user has an option to turn notification on/off." When the box is not ticked, users can decide themselves the type of notifications they want to receive. Users who select the option "Read messages in the system", will still receive RCM related emails? Does this feature have an impact in RCM?

This feature is a PLT feature and it does not have any impacts in RCM. Users will still receive RCM related email notifications.
