3333420 - Pay Statement - This month's payslip not visible in EC

• From EC employee profile, payslips can be opened but this month's payslip is not visible.
  • The payslip is available in ECP/ERP system and Direct Pay Statement is used. It can also happen for the Web Dynpro ABAP payslip HRESS_A_PAYSLIP.
  • The error message "We are having trouble displaying the pay periods" may happen for that specific month's payslip or last payslip could be missing when opening the application.
• Additionally, you may wish to control the visibility of payslips as employees should not have access to their payslips immediately following the payroll run - per your business requirements.
