3333531 - Book publication fails with error "A workbook must contain at least one visible worksheet"

Whenever you publish a book with the publication Functionality of more than 1 workbook, you get this error:

• A workbook must contain at least one visible worksheet. To hide, delete, or move the selected sheet(s), you must first insert a new sheet or unhide a sheet that is already hidden.
• Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
• Error during the deletion of old books in xxxxxxxxxxxx. Check if a file of this directory is opened by another process. The publication has been stopped for the current book.
• A problem has occurred: The process cannot access the file 'yyyy' because it is being used by another process.
