Symptom

Run time error "ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT" happens in ABAP Program CL_HRAU_STP2_TOOL_REPORT when STP2 generation report runs for employee with entry in Other Allowance/LSE/ETP report. "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
