Symptom

Run time error "ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT" happens in ABAP Program CL_HRAU_STP2_TOOL_REPORT when STP2 generation report runs for employee with entry in Other Allowance/LSE/ETP report.

The error happens after implementation of SAP Note 3253878 - Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 concurrent employment reporting for Australia.
